2 egg whites
half cup sugar
2 cups ground almonds
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Method
- Heat oven to 160°C
- Whisk-eggs until form peaks
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients until you get a thick paste
- roll into balls about the size of eyeball
- Place in oven and remove when they are starting to brown (15 minutes)
- when you take them out the oven, dust with icing sugar whilst still on the baking tray
