Cinnamon Balls: Parev Recipe (suitable for Pesach)

2 egg whites
half cup sugar
2 cups ground almonds
1 tablespoon cinnamon


  • Heat oven to 160°C
  • Whisk-eggs until form peaks
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients until you get a thick paste
  • roll into balls about the size of eyeball
  • Place in oven and remove when they are starting to brown (15 minutes)
  • when you take them out the oven, dust with icing sugar whilst still on the baking tray
