Almond Macaroon: Parev Recipe (suitable for Pesach)

340 g ground almonds
226 g castor sugar
2 eggs
20 whole Almonds

  • Heat oven to 180°C
  • Beat eggs
  • Add Almonds and sugar
  • Stir to bring together into a dough
  • Roll into balls, and put an almond on the top of each one
  • place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes
