Are you thinking of summer already? With great excitement we are happy to announce that Reform Judaism and Liberal Judaism are hosting their fourth Birthright Israel Progressive trip this summer on 28th August – 6th September!

Explore Israel, its history, diversity and so much more on this fun and immersive trip of a lifetime! Sign up here: bit.ly/BirthrightIsraelUK2019

We have a dedicated bus with incredible leaders from both Reform Judaism and Liberal Judaism, looking to give you an Israel experience you’ll never forget. Travel with a group of like-minded people through Israel, learning about the history of the country, its diversity, and exploring your Jewish identity. Immerse yourself in experiences such as swimming in the Kinneret, touring the old city of Jerusalem, shopping in the shuks of Tel Aviv, and spending Shabbat with Reform and Progressive families in Israel. The trip is a gift from Taglit Birthright and it is free to all 19-26 year olds who have not been on an organised trip to Israel after the age of 18 (so you can come even if you’ve been on Israel Tour!)

We know that you’ll come back with lifelong friends, memories to last a lifetime, and a newly inspired connection to Israel – so don’t waste any time in signing up for this trip, spaces are limited! → bit.ly/BirthrightIsraelUK2019

 What is Birthright Israel?

Birthright Israel refers to the not-for-profit educational organization (Taglit Birthright Israel) that sponsors free ten day trips to Israel for young adults. Reform Judaism and Liberal Judaism are lucky enough to have been able to collaborate with them to organise our own bus with leaders that we have chosen ourselves, as well as a programme that we are helping to organise.

 How do I apply?

If you are between 19-26 years old, and haven’t been on an organised trip to Israel past the age of 18, you can apply now! Please visit: bit.ly/BirthrightIsraelUK2019 where there is a short form to fill in before heading straight to the Birthright Israel website. This form allows us to be able to contact you ahead of the trip.
